MCKYNZIE BARTEE

BFA graduate, Mckynzie Bartee started her 10 year theatre journey acting, but as she fell more in love with the art she discovered tech theatre and eventually, directing. This experience has made her the well rounded director and theatre maker that she is today. Through the years, she has won a best director award for her piece The Giver and was the first undergraduate at Texas State University to direct a musical independently. She is currently the Technical Director at Circle Arts Theatre in New Braunfels TX.
